bookings and payments

  1. Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. b. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, according to the agreed terms.

Liability

  1. za.za. Limousine KG accepts no liability for delays resulting from traffic conditions, accidents or other circumstances beyond our control.
  2. The liability of za.za. Limousine KG is limited to gross negligence or intent.

  1. Passengers are responsible for their own behavior during the journey and must follow the driver's instructions.
  2. Any damage or soiling of the vehicles caused by passengers must be reimbursed by the passenger.

Miscellaneous a. These Terms and Conditions are subject to Austrian law.

General Terms and Conditions for Limousine Service

  1. scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by za.za. Limousine KG. Any deviating regulations require the written consent of za.za. Limousine KG.

  1. bookings

2.1 Bookings can be made by telephone, email or via the online booking platform.

2.2. Bookings are binding and can only be confirmed by za.za. Limousine KG.

2.3. When booking, the exact pick-up and destination locations as well as the desired pick-up and return times must be specified.

  1. cancellations

3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid if confirmed by za.za. Limousine KG.

3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value.

  1. payment terms

4.1 Payment is made in cash, by credit card or invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2. When paying by invoice, the invoice amount is due within za.za. Limousine KG days after the invoice is issued.

  1. Liability

5.1. Za.za. Limousine KG is not liable for delays due to traffic jams, accidents or other unforeseeable events.

5.2. The liability of za.za. Limousine KG is limited to intent and gross negligence.

6.1. za.za. Limousine KG undertakes to treat the personal data of customers confidentially and to use them only for the purpose of booking and carrying out the limousine service.

6.2. Data will only be passed on to third parties with the express consent of the customer or if this is required by law.
